Win a Weekend Getaway in Whistler!

The Urban Mom’s 12 Days of Giveaways with The Scandinave Spa Whistler and The Adara Hotel

I love a good family adventure, but every now and then it’s healthy to take a little trip without the children. You know why? Cus you can disconnect from everyone, focus and reconnect with YOU again but most of all, REST.

Rest. I highly recommend going to the Scandinave Spa Whistler to force yourself to lock away your phone, bring a book and just rest. Hydrotherapy is one of my favourite ways to rest and care for myself. Silently moving from a hot tub, eucalyptus steam room or cedar sauna, to a cold pool then resting in a cozy pod, napping in the solarium, reading by the fire or swinging yourself on a hammock. Repeat that cycle 10 times and you’ll find yourself completely relaxed, refreshed and feeling alive, detoxed and ready to conquer!

(Of course, being 8 months pregnant at the time, I did all this with a lot of care and mindfulness. But if you’re not pregnant you can indulge.)

Complete your stay with a night at The Adara Hotel. Be in the heart of the village and steps away from restaurants, shops and bars when you stay at The Adara Hotel Whistler. This is a great hotel for a quick one night getaway from the city and into the mountains for some R&R.
